Day 2- breakfast

Today I am EXTREMELY sore after my massage yesterday, but who doesn't love the feeling of knowing you did something good for you body? I just ate breakfast and I am about to go for a 30min powerwalk with Sofie before she does my hair. 

Todays breakfast

Gluten free oatmeal

Rasberries and blueberries

4 glasses of water

1 cup of black tea with 1 tsp of sugar

Day 1- dinner

Hey guys,

Sorry I forgot to post last nights dinner and work out. 

3 (gluten free) Swedish meatballs w/sauce

1 1/2 dl rice (already cooked)

1 dl spinach cooked with garlic and olive oil

My workout was 5x10 biceps with weight and then I had an hour muscle massage so I did not want to over work my muscles

Day 1

Today is Monday, and with the help of my personal trainer I am starting a "new" healthy life style. Training and dietwise. I am going back on my gluten free diet so it should be fun trying/learning new recipes. So everyday starting today I will post my meals and workouts for everyday! 

Beach 2015 here we come! 

Breakfast: 

Gluten free oatmeal

3 teaspoons unsweetened apple sauce

Sprikled on some cinnamon

4 glasses of water As soon as I woke up

Cup of black tea, 1 teaspoon sugar

1 glass of orange juice 

 

Day 1- lunch

So as my day goes on, I am just doing some housework. Doing laundry and other kinds of chores. Now however i've found some time for lunch. 

Ham with melted cheese on top

8 pieces of cucumber

Bowl of fat free vanilla yogurt

1 cup of green tea

I'm back, AGAIN

Hey Guys,

So I am back for the fiftlymillionth time. I am also back in Sweden, for a little while at least. This past weekend was a lot of fun. Friday night we just stayed home and I had a nice night with my mom and my sister. It was nice. Saturday night I went out with my friends and it was fun getting most of the crew back together. We were missing like 2 people, but hopefully we will all be back again soon.

Today i'm just hanging out at home. It's just been the usual cloudy Swedish weather since I got here. Which today was 2 weeks ago. Right now I just had a sallad for my breakfast/lunch and now i'm drinking a cup of tea and watching the hills. I'm still in the waking up late mode so that is kind of late afternoon. I'm planing on going for a nice power walk today and then either today or tomorrow, I will go on a serious job hunt. I'm tired of sitting around doing nothing even though it's been nice.

Well I will get on with my day and hopefully keep up with blogging.

Tuesday August 19th

Hey guys!

Today is Tuesday and I am getting ready to go to the beach! I am going to the beach with Miss. Colleen today. We are not going to the usual Seaside Heights that NJ is most famous for, thanks to "Jersey Shore", however we are going to a Another part of the Jersey Shore called Ocean Grove. I have never been there so I am very excited!
I will take lots of Pictures and post them tonight or tomorrow!

Sunday Fundayyyyyy

Hey guys!

Right now i'm sitting in bed Writing this and listening to one of my old playlists on Spotify, right now it's Christina Aguilera - Your Body.
Anyways, had a wonderful morning, no stress. Thank god. Talked to my mom, sister and Zuzanna on Skype today too so that was nice.

Last night was Amazing. We Went out and celebrated Allie's 21st birthday by going into NYC to the restaurant TAO. It was Amazing! Great food. I ate Coconut shrimp in Spicy Peanut sauce with White rice.
The night started by us being picked up by our party bus (red carpet included) and drove into the city, after that he drove us home. Great experience and totally Worth the Money. Thanks Alfred (our driver) for Everything!

Right now i'm doing some laundry and just relaxing Before I have an early start tomorrow, which is 5 am....!
